Hotel Humlerhof - Gries am Brenner

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and services provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. From the clean and spacious rooms with stunning views of the mountains, to the basic amenities that were provided, everything was well taken care of. Finally, the location of the hotel at the top of a very steep hill from Steinach added to its charm. The scenery was simply breathtaking, and it provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

No improvements needed, everything was spot on.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the location was absolutely breathtaking, situated at the top of a steep hill with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The value for money was outstanding, with affordable prices for the spacious and clean rooms. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the bathroom, where I could enjoy the beautiful mountain views while taking a relaxing shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, setting me up for a great day ahead.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and it had great hotel facilities like a private jacuzzi in a very spacious bathroom. The free parking was convenient and the location by the highway was perfect for easy transportation. I loved the amazing view of the mountains from the bathroom and it was in a great location for skiing, just a short distance down a steep hill. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and cute.

Can't fault anything about it. Everything was perfect and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

This hotel boasts a ski area that's only a short distance away, perfect for skiers. Although down a steep hill, guests are treated to a marvelous view of the beautiful landscape. the room and bathroom are spacious and clean, while breakfast is satisfactory. Staff are friendly and dogs are allowed for a small fee.

The hotel could benefit from providing more information about local activities and meal times.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The homemade food was delightful, offering a true taste of the region. the staff were very attentive and always eager to assist. the hotel's location was fantastic, nestled amongst stunning mountainous scenery and within close proximity to many hiking trails and ski slopes. It was a true pleasure to be able to unwind and relax in such peaceful surroundings.

The WiFi connection could have been stronger and more reliable. the rooms were slightly on the small side, particularly for those with larger families or groups.

The hotel location was great - close to the motorway and with beautiful surrounding views. The restaurant served tasty food and the staff were very welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, and the balcony offered a nice place to sit and enjoy the fresh air.

The bed was uncomfortable with lumpy pillows and rough sheets that felt like sandpaper. The towels were also thin and rough, making it unpleasant to dry off after a shower.
